What’s Happened

Several of our previous competitions were linked to motorbikes held at M&P Swansea. In September, M&P Swansea unfortunately entered insolvency and liquidation. As part of that process, all bikes held on site, including competition prizes and a personal bike we were in the process of purchasing, were seized as assets by the liquidators. We have formally registered as a creditor and submitted all required documentation to the insolvency practitioners.

This situation represented a significant financial blow for a small, independent competition company, and it has taken us time to stabilise, regroup, and ensure that we return in a way that is sustainable, compliant, and fair to our customers.

As part of this reset, we are also in the process of relocating and setting up a new, improved studio to support the higher-quality live draws and events we have planned going forward.

Wallet Balances & Entries

All outstanding balances owed to customers — including both cash payments and site credit — will be debited to your wallet and points balance on our new competition platform.

  • Any cash owed will appear as wallet balance on the new platform.
  • Any site credit owed will be converted into points.
  • Your wallet and points can be used to enter new competitions or withdrawn as cash once the platform is live.
As a goodwill gesture, all customers with balances carried over to the new platform will be automatically entered into a special comeback competition during our return live show. This competition will feature one or more mystery prizes as a thank-you for your patience and continued support.

We sincerely apologise for the disruption and appreciate your understanding while we complete this process carefully and correctly.

Moving Forward

  • We are migrating to a dedicated lottery and competition platform to deliver a far better, more secure user experience.
  • We have brought onboard a professional competition marketing team to ensure future draws are promoted, managed, and delivered correctly.
  • Existing entrants for the Monkey Bike competition will be moved across to the new platform and relaunched as our official comeback draw.

The new website and platform are currently in development and are scheduled to go live within the next 60 days.

When will my balance be available

All wallet balances and points will be visible on the new platform once it launches, which is expected within the next 60 days.

How will I receive money owed to me

Any cash owed will be credited to your wallet on the new platform. You will be able to use this balance to enter competitions or withdraw it as cash.

What happens to my site credit

Site credit will be converted into points on the new platform. These points can be used to enter competitions or converted via wallet withdrawal options where available.

Do I need to do anything

No action is required. All balances and entries will be transferred automatically. If we need to contact you for any reason, we will do so directly.

What is the mystery prize

Details of the mystery prize or prizes will be revealed during the comeback live show. They will be genuine prizes intended as a thank-you for your patience and support.

What about the Monkey Bike competition

Entries for the Monkey Bike competition will be migrated to the new platform and relaunched as part of our official return.
